Refund & Cancellation Policy

📦How the Subscription Works

  • A JEEnify subscription is a one-time payment for a fixed 12-month (1 year) term.
  • There is no auto-renewal. We do not store your card for recurring billing and we will never charge you again automatically. Access simply ends when the 1-year term completes, unless you choose to purchase a new subscription.
  • Your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment, giving you instant access to the digital content for the full term.

🚫No Refunds After Activation

Because access to the digital content is granted instantly on payment, all sales are final once a subscription is activated, and no refunds are provided for an activated subscription.

  • This applies regardless of how much of the content has or has not been used during the term.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are also non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, or for a violation of our Terms of Service that results in suspension.

In short:

JEEnify is a 1-year, non-auto-renewing subscription. Once it is activated, it is non-refundable.

⚙️Cancellation & Account Deletion

  • You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Since there is no auto-renewal, there is no recurring payment to cancel.
  • Deactivating or deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining portion of an activated subscription.

When a Refund Is Given

We issue a full refund only when a payment was charged but did not result in an activated subscription, namely:

  • The amount was debited but the subscription was not activated due to a payment-gateway or technical failure.
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription.

In these cases the refund is processed to the original payment method.

📩How to Request a Refund (Failed/Duplicate Payment)

  • Email support@jeenify.com from your registered email address with the order / transaction ID.
  • Our team reviews the request within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and are typically credited within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer.
