Terms & Conditions

JEEnify (jeenify.com) is an online JEE Main practice platform operated by Skelro Technologies, Hadosiddapura Sarjapura Main Road, Carmelaram Post, Bangalore-560035. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Skelro Technologies; “you” means the person using the service.

By creating an account, taking a test or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• One account belongs to one individual. Sharing login credentials, or letting more than one person use a single subscription, is not permitted.
• Many of our users are school students. If you are under 18, you may use JEEnify only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and any payment must be made by them.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@jeenify.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
• The details you give us — name, email, phone number — must be accurate, and must be yours to give.

• Current plans and prices are published on our Pricing page. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are charged in INR.
• A paid subscription is a one-time payment for a fixed 12-month term. It does not auto-renew, and we do not store your card for recurring billing.
• Access is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. Delivery is entirely digital — nothing is shipped.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not see or store your full card or banking credentials.
• We may change prices or introduce offers at any time. A change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.
• Where a promotional price or coupon is offered, it applies for the stated period or until the stated limit is reached, whichever comes first.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish, resell or redistribute our questions, solutions, tests or other content;
• share, resell or sublicense your account access;
• use automated tools to access the platform, interfere with a LIVE mock, or attempt to manipulate scores, percentiles or leaderboards;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other users’ data, or our systems;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.

• The platform, its interface, and the questions, solutions and analytics we produce are owned by Skelro Technologies or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.
• Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the content for your own exam preparation for the duration of your term. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
• Previous-year examination questions are the property of the respective examination bodies and are reproduced for educational and reference purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any examination authority.
• We work hard on accuracy, but errors can occur in questions, options or solutions. Tell us at support@jeenify.com and we will correct them.

• Our tests replicate a real JEE Main exam-like interface, including the timer and automatic submission. We do not monitor you by camera or screen during a test.
• LIVE mock tests run to a published schedule. Results, percentile and leaderboards are published after a test window closes, not instantly. Any percentile shown is calculated among JEEnify test-takers, not across all JEE Main candidates.
• We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, third-party outages and connectivity problems at your end can all interrupt a session.
• We may add, change or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers during your term, contact us and we will make it right.
• No outcome is promised. JEEnify is a practice tool. We do not guarantee any particular score, rank, percentile or admission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular for sharing credentials, redistributing content, or interfering with a LIVE mock. Where a breach is serious or deliberate, this may be without refund. You can stop using the service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what that means for an active subscription.

We rely on third parties for sign-in, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and hosting. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or the terms of services we do not control.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost study time, missed tests, or examination outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The current version always lives at this address, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use JEEnify after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
